Super spud aid to weight-loss at Callaways

There’s a good deal of discussion about healthy diet in the office today, due to the launch of Callaweighs weight loss event for RNLI.

Lots of talk of salad, vegetables, fish and chicken, but we’re delighted to read that the humble potato (microwaved with skins on, but free of butter, oil or ketchup) could be good for our health and help to lower blood pressure.  Game on for me – I love jacket potatoes, but it’ll be hard to give up the butter!
